Rice, brown rice, wheat and maize by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after extraction with diluted nitric acid (HNO3). This method has been validated in 19 interlaboratory studies. The study was for the analysis of samples of brown rice flour, wheat flour and maize flour ranging from 0,039 to 0,414&nbsp;mg\/kg. The limit of quantification is 0,002&nbsp;mg\/kg.
