This standard includes all castings covered by Specifications <span class=\"Body-link1 cdone\">A703\/A703M<\/span>, <span class=\"Body-link1 cdone\">A781\/A781M<\/span>, <span class=\"Body-link1 cdone\">A957<\/span> and <span class=\"Body-link1 cdone\">A985\/A985M<\/span>. It also identifies when a new sample needs to be developed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"SectionLevel2\">\n<p class=\"subsec1 cdone2\"><span class=\"Head3 cdone\">1.2<\/span>&nbsp;Several categories of sampling requirements are covered ranging from dimensional, machining, visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, ultrasonic or leak tests.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"SectionLevel2\">\n<p class=\"subsec1 cdone2\"><span class=\"Head3 cdone\">1.3<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:normal\" class=\"overriddenformat\">This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
