The scope of this<br \/>\nstandard includes the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Descriptions of the specified functional capabilities that<br \/>\nprovide packet data services across the BS-PCF interface;<\/li>\n<li>Descriptions of the division of responsibility of the functions<br \/>\nprovided between the BS and the PCF without prescribing specific<br \/>\nimplementations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this document is to provide the standard for<br \/>\ninterfacing a PCF with one or more BSs. This document defines the<br \/>\nfunctional capabilities, including services and features, of the<br \/>\nspecified interface.
