The method described allows the determination of gaseous or vaporous organic compounds in air in the range of ambient concentrations. The advantages of the described method are the especial low blank values of the adsorption tubes, the low detection limit, caused by low volumes of the used solvent and the easy handling for the sampler and analyst.
