It applies to the following motor vehicles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>those with at least four wheels used for the carriage of passengers and comprising no more than eight seats in addition to the driver&#8217;s seat;<\/li>\n<li>those with at least four wheels used for the carriage of goods and with a maximum weight not exceeding3.5 tonnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Provides identification of a vehicle in a consistent form without the need to have access to the vehicle.
