This document specifies the mounting dimensions required for interchangeability of accessories for 16\u00a0MPa (160\u00a0bar) compact cylinders conforming to ISO\u00a06020-2. The accessories have been designed specifically for use with cylinders manufactured in accordance with ISO\u00a06020-2, but this does not limit their application[1].<\/p>\n
This document covers the following accessories, identified in accordance with ISO\u00a06099:<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AP6 \u2014 rod eye spherical, female thread (see Figure\u00a01 and Table\u00a01);<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AB5 \u2014 clevis bracket, spherical eye, in angle (see Figure\u00a02 and Table\u00a02);<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AA6-L \u2014 pivot pin, spherical bearing, locking plate (see Figure\u00a03 and Table\u00a03);<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AL6 \u2014 locking plate for pivot pin (see Figure\u00a04 and Table\u00a04);<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AP2 \u2014 rod clevis, female thread (see Figure\u00a05 and Table\u00a05);<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 AP4 \u2014 rod eye plain, female thread (see Figure\u00a06 and Table\u00a06);<\/p>\n

These accessories are used on hydraulic cylinders for mechanically transmitting the cylinder force. The design of these accessories is based on the maximum forces resulting from the specified internal diameters of the cylinders and pressures according to ISO\u00a03320 and ISO\u00a02944.<\/p>\n
This document only applies to the dimensional criteria of products manufactured in conformity with this document; it does not apply to their functional characteristics.<\/p>\n
