Sie zeigt die Umrechnung statistischer zeitlicher Mittelwerte von turbulenten Str\u00f6mungen in bilanzgerechte zeitliche Mittelwerte und die Auswahl von Mittelwerten wird demonstriert, um Experten darzulegen, welche Werten f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sung eines speziellen Problems heranzuziehen sind. Drei Anwendungsbeispiele mit berechneten oder gemessenen Str\u00f6mungsfeldern werden beschrieben und ausgewertet: das Abdampfgeh\u00e4use einer Niederdruck-Dampfturbine, eine Radialverdichterstufe und eine vermessene Axialturbine. Es wird gezeigt, wie f\u00fcr eine eindimensionale Darstellung der Durchstr\u00f6mung die mechanischen und thermodynamischen Eigenschaften sinnvoll beschrieben werden k\u00f6nnen. Es werden Vergleiche zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Darstellungen gezogen und die Aussagekraft von Inhomogenit\u00e4tskennzahlen demonstriert.
