{"id":372639,"date":"2024-10-20T02:30:16","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T02:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-iso-14907-22021\/"},"modified":"2024-10-26T04:22:14","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T04:22:14","slug":"bs-en-iso-14907-22021","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-iso-14907-22021\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN ISO 14907-2:2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This document describes tests which verify on-board unit (OBU) conformance of functions and data structures implementations, as defined in the implementation conformance statement (ICS) based on <span class=\"std\"><span class=\"std-ref\">ISO&nbsp;14906<\/span><\/span> for EFC applications.<\/p>\n<p>This document defines tests for assessing OBU conformance in terms of :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>basic dedicated short-range communication (DSRC) L7 functionality,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>EFC application functions,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>EFC attributes (i.e. EFC application information),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the addressing procedures of EFC attributes and (hardware) components,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the EFC transaction model, which defines the common elements and steps of any EFC transaction, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the behaviour of the interface so as to support interoperability on an EFC-DSRC application interface level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the tests of isolated data items and functions (<span class=\"xref\">C.2<\/span> to <span class=\"xref\">C.4<\/span>), an example is given for testing a complete EFC transaction (<span class=\"xref\">C.3<\/span>). Although this document defines examples of test cases for DSRC and EFC functionality (see <span class=\"xref\">Annex&nbsp;C<\/span>), it does not intend to specify a complete test suite for a certain implementation. To compose a test suite for a specific EFC implementation, the test cases can be modified and new test cases can be defined and added in order for the conformance test suite to be complete.
