This document provides a model to express all information required for the exchange and integration of heterogeneous descriptions of \u201ccompetency\u201d and of heterogeneous \u201ccompetency objects\u201d:<\/p>\n
any item of discourse in the real world related to \u201c competency\u201d has a representation preserving its meaning in the proposed model;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
