Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1 This specification covers self-contained mechanically refrigerated air conditioners for shipboard use in air circulation, air cooling, and dehumidification.<\/p>\n

1.2 These air conditioners are intended for use in compartments and areas where central system air conditioning is not provided.<\/p>\n

1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.<\/p>\n
