{"id":630797,"date":"2024-11-06T00:30:25","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T00:30:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/iso-98362011\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T00:30:25","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T00:30:25","slug":"iso-98362011","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/iso\/iso-98362011\/","title":{"rendered":"ISO 9836:2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISO 9836:2011 deals with the definition and calculation of surface area and volume indicators.<\/p>\n<p>In defining area measurement, ISO 9836:2011 uses three measurement concepts:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>        the intra-muros and extra-muros concept used in many parts of the world;<\/li>\n<li>        the wall centre method of measurement used in many parts of the world;<\/li>\n<li>        variations on these methods to comply with certain national laws, or for particular types of buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The surface area and volume indicators defined in ISO 9836:2011 are intended for practical use, as a basis for measuring various aspects of the performance of buildings or as a planning aid.
